QUAY is a product name, not a company. This site and the QUAY plugins are operated by an individual trading as a sole proprietorship under Swiss law.
QUAY is run by one person from a home office. The full postal address is available on request — email support@quayfleet.com and you'll have it the same day. A business address will be published here shortly.
Email is the fastest and the only guaranteed route. Please don't send legal notices by post without emailing first.

QUAY is operated as a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) and is not entered in the Swiss commercial register. Swiss law requires registration only once annual turnover exceeds CHF 100,000.
Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider that acts as the merchant of record. That provider is the seller for the purposes of your transaction: it takes payment, handles sales tax and VAT where applicable, and issues your invoice. Your licence to use the software is granted by QUAY, and support comes from QUAY.
The provider is named on your receipt and in the Terms of Sale.
